Ordering with us is very straight forward. If you have print ready artwork this will speed your order up, Please upload your artwork at www.kituout.com/share or email it over to info(@)kituout.com.
Once it has been sent over we will send a custom quote and a pdf digital mock up. Once proofed your order will then be ready for printing.
We require a 50% deposit of the invoiced total for orders to proceed. If we get a 100% deposit things usually work a little quicker.
When your order is complete, we will send you an email confirmation and schedule a pickup or courier delivery.
For full color printing on both dark and light t-shirts we require a .PNG file. This is because we lay down a white ink underbase for any white in your design.
1) Remove the background from your file and save with transparency as needed.
We prefer files to be sized and high resolution (300dpi). If you need help with the above please get in touch with us or connect us with your designer.
VECTOR FILES:
Regarding .EPS files: Please be sure to outline your fonts and specify your print size.
We have a print area of 32cm x 48cm, we can print full colour including gradients and halftones using our direct to garment printers.
