We currently use 3 different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. We use UPS and DHL for our courier deliveries, as well as local postal services including Royal Mail for more smaller parcels. For some Royal Mail deliveries tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be sent to you after your order confirmation email.
Where will my order be sent from?All orders are sent from the United Kingdom.
Where can Kituout deliver to?We deliver to the UK and Europe only at this present time. If you need your item to be sent outside of the EU please contact us for more information.
